🍷 Get Fit Challenge, Day # 41: Plan A, B, C or D πŸ’œ

Good Morning!

I have found that this blogging in the morning thing is a great idea. I get to wake up, cook something, attempt a photograph and even if it looks awful, I get breakfast. Everyone wins, and I am full and nice before work. Tah Dah.

There’s something about having a plan that makes you get up and go. Even if the plan doesn’t work out, or even if it does the point is that you finished what you started. That in and of itself is worth a celebration and acknowledgement. Keep it up and surprise yourself. The best thing about following a plan is when it doesn’t work, you can cancel it & pick a new plan to follow. Or adjust it to fit the lesson you have learned.
