😍 Get Fit Challenge, Day #4: Always Do Your Best πŸ˜

Good Morning!

I feel like absolute crap. I’ve been feeling a bit under the weather, but the last two days have just been BLEH. That’s cool, because it’s a good reminder to talk about doing your best. πŸ‘Œ

The greatest advice I ever learned in this topic was that your best is not always going to be the same-we all have good and bad days. A day in which you are feeling great is going to have a higher production rate than on a day that is spent ill. If you get sick, don’t beat yourself up. Get better and look forward to what you will do when better!

I have to remind myself of that. Just REST. If you can do something without interfering with healing, do it. Don’t worry. The times I couldn’t get out of bed, I kept a journal next to me. I could still map out my thoughts. Invested in a voice recorder to switch it up a little bit. I started drawing pictures when my fingers were too cramped. Different ideas showed up at the perfect times. I believe that it will continue to happen, especially when I give it my all.Β 

So here’s to a better day, and a gentle reminder to do the best with what you have. Right now.
